Why choose us

Engineering discipline behind every plant we build

We are judged on uptime, gas yield and effluent quality — not on brochures. That standard shapes how we design, build and support.

Experienced Engineers

Mechanical, process and electrical engineers with hands-on commissioning experience across India.

Customized Design

Every plant is sized around your feedstock, load profile and site — never a catalogue solution.

Reliable Technology

Proven digester, purification and treatment technologies selected for uptime, not novelty.

End to End EPC

Single-point responsibility for design, fabrication, civil coordination, erection and commissioning.

AMC Support

Structured annual maintenance with preventive schedules, spares planning and performance reporting.

24×7 Technical Assistance

Remote diagnostics and on-call engineering support so your plant never stays idle.

Why invest in biogas

One investment, six returns

A well-sized digester pays back through avoided fuel purchase, avoided waste disposal cost, fertilizer value and carbon performance — simultaneously.

Request Feasibility

Waste Reduction

Divert wet and organic waste from landfills and open dumping.

Clean Energy

Replace LPG, diesel and furnace oil with on-site renewable gas.

Lower Fuel Cost

Typical fuel savings of 30–60% with attractive payback periods.

Organic Fertilizer

Nutrient-rich digestate returns carbon and nutrients to the soil.

Lower Carbon Emissions

Captured methane avoids potent greenhouse gas release.

Sustainable Future

Circular resource loops that strengthen ESG and compliance.

FAQs

Questions we are asked most often

Still unsure whether your site suits a biogas or Bio-CNG plant? Talk to an engineer — not a salesperson.

All FAQs

Biogas is a renewable fuel produced when organic matter — food waste, cattle dung, agro residue or sludge — is digested by micro-organisms without oxygen. It typically contains 55–65% methane and can directly replace LPG for cooking, heating or power generation.

Bio-CNG is purified biogas. Carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulphide and moisture are removed until methane exceeds 95%, after which the gas is compressed to 200–250 bar and filled into cylinders for use as vehicle fuel or bottled industrial fuel.

Compact pre-fabricated units are commissioned in 4–8 weeks. Mid-size biogas and STP/ETP projects typically take 3–6 months, while full Bio-CNG chains with compression and filling run 6–12 months depending on approvals and civil work.

Central and state schemes support biogas, Bio-CNG (SATAT) and solar installations. Eligibility depends on capacity, feedstock and applicant category — we assist with documentation and technical annexures for applications.
